The “Up!” competition is a development program and internship system that facilitates the successful completion of competitive procedures for inclusion in the personnel reserve of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Young people aged 18 to 35 who are citizens of the Russian Federation reside in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and speak the state languages of the republic can participate in the competition.
