The International Forum “Sprouts: Russia and China—Mutually Beneficial Cooperation” (hereinafter, the Forum) is an annual platform for developing economic cooperation between Russian regions and Chinese provinces.

Date and place: November, 13-15, 2024 at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation.

Forum participants:

• Representatives of federal ministries;

• Heads of provincial governments of the People’s Republic of China;

• Chairmen of Russian and Chinese companies;

• Heads of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Terms of participation:

• Participation in the business program and visiting the RussiaChinaExpo exhibition: free of charge.

• Participation as an exhibitor in the RussiaChinaExpo exhibition:

  Registration fee: 10,000 RUB.

  Cost of bare exhibition space: 15,000 RUB/sq.m.

  Cost of equipped exhibition space: 20,000 RUB/sq.m.

  Equipped space includes stand construction (type – peninsula), table, 2 chairs, power outlet, and lighting.

• Travel Expenses: The sending party is to cover the expenses for flights, accommodation, meals, and logistics.

About the forum:

• Meetings with real investors – B2B meetings

• Visits to industrial facilities (PAO KAMAZ, HAYER INDUSTRY RUS, OOO KAMASTAL) and IT-technology organizations (AO OEZ Innopolis, IT Park Technopark), agricultural enterprises, educational institutions and healthcare facilities in Tatarstan.

• Search for new markets – presentation of investment potential of Russian regions and provinces of China.

• Support from the state – state programs, benefits and other business support measures

• “Russia and China in the global economic game” Plenary session with participation of representatives of federal ministries, heads of governments of PRC provinces.
