The championship is created for young people who do not live in Russia, but study Russian and enjoy it. If you are ready to test your knowledge and compete for the world champion in the Russian title, assemble a team, register on the website and participate in the project.

Participation in the Championship is free.

Team composition

Participants –

• Who: foreign citizens living outside of Russia, with a Russian language proficiency level of at least A2

• age: 16 to 22 years

• number: 5 people

• responsibilities: to demonstrate their knowledge of the Russian language at competitions.

Trainer –

• who: teachers and lecturers of Russian language from foreign countries

• age: does not matter

• quantity: 1 person

• duties: accompanying the team and preparing for victory

Prizes:

• The main prize is the title of World Champion in Russian language and a commemorative Cup of the Championship.

• An unforgettable trip and participation in the final stages of the Championship in St. Petersburg for the finalists.

• Medals for the winners of the Championship.

• Certificates and memorable prizes for all participants who passed the 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 finals.

• Certificates for all participants who passed the selection stage.

Funding:

All expenses for travel, accommodation and meals for the finalist teams and their coaches will be covered by the organizers of the Championship.
