On September 24, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., the BRICS+ International Youth Forum “Sports Diplomacy: Contours of a Multipolar World” will be held at the Patrice Lumumba Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
The organizers were the ANO “Commonwealth of Sports Diplomacy”, Patrice Lumumba Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, the Russia-BRICS Project Office for International Youth Cooperation, the Sports Association “Russia” and the Eurasian and African Peoples’ Assembly.
Information partners of the project: The BRICS Youth Media Platform, the International journal “Molecule”, and the Publishing House “Arguments of the Week”.
The purpose of the event is to unite active youth and sports officials of the BRICS countries and several friendly states to preserve the true values of sports, historical truth and diplomacy, develop a dialogue platform for future world leaders in the sports industry, develop international sports cooperation with the expansion of the representation of the Russian Federation in international sports organizations.
In 2023, the first BRICS+ International Youth Forum “Sports Diplomacy: Finding New Solutions for New Opportunities” was held, bringing together more than 200 participants from 40 countries worldwide.
This year the forum will be held in a hybrid format – face-to-face and online participation is possible.
