The Gorchakov Fund, together with the Center for Eurasian Communications, is opening a call for applications for a new scientific and educational program, “Eurasian Dialogue 2024.” This is the first event in the Fund’s “dialogue” series, focusing entirely on the Eurasian space.

Central theme: “Communication opportunities of Eurasia”.

Participants can expect a rich program, including:

  • visiting integration structures and iconic locations in Minsk;

  • meetings with famous politicians and journalists;

  • discussions on the state and prospects of Eurasian integration.

The following are invited to participate:

  • Young professionals aged 20 to 35 from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union

  • experts in the field of international relations and diplomacy;

  • political scientists, international journalists, economists, historians;

  • representatives of the public and analytical sectors;

  • students, master’s students, postgraduate students and teachers of specialized universities.

How to participate?

  • Register on the Russian-language website of the Gorchakov Fund.

  • In the “My projects” section, click the “Create a request” button and select the Eurasian Dialogue.

  • Fill out all sections of the questionnaire.

  • Add an essay/analytical work of up to 5,000 characters with spaces on one of the stated topics to your application.

  • Go to the “Submit an application” section and click on the button with the same name.

Conditions of participation:

  • The Gorchakov Fund covers the costs of accommodation in double rooms, meals, a cultural program and travel around Minsk within the framework of the program;

  • Participants pay for their own travel to Minsk (air or train tickets), travel from/to the airport (train station), and PCR testing (if necessary).

  • The organizers will pay for travel to and from the event for the authors of the three best essays.
